Truly Great Coffee COLOSIMO coffee roasters began as a supplier to offices and cafes throughout Manitoba. Creating our very own roast profiles and sourcing our own coffees is our passion. With the help of our roasting partner in Calgary, our dream become our reality. Featuring our roast profiles in our very own Cafe" CCR cafe " we opened our doors June 2020. Our second cafe opened the following year and we hope to soon have our Roaster set up and operational in North Winnipeg. We truly feel that every cup should be exciting. Our passion for responsibly sourced coffees offer more than just the highest quality coffees, it allows us to ensure that the future generations are able to keep enjoying this fabulous drink.
