NEW NAME: Collins Bros Chophouse! The service is impeccable, the scene is lively and the food is always on-point. We recommend a reservation online but we have had luck walking in... and our favorite is any steak paired with an old fashioned.

This restaurant by the same owner of our favorite spot (Grass Roots) also offers and innovative chef driven menu, great drinks, and a happy hour definitely worth checking out.
