The Taverna da Vila restaurant in Nisa takes over as a rustic and fresh cellar, where air conditioning is not needed at all. At the table they take products of regional gastronomy, but with a touch of innovation, being able to surprise. On the one hand, they advance with a watercress with pineapple, or with a few gansinhos in the oven or tenderloin with coriander sauce. But, on the other hand, they innovate with roe deer with Japanese carp secrets. The resturante only opens Saturdays and Sundays, is my familiar, my cousin.
