Jozani forest as a place is an amazing and very unique area. One of the main attractions of the park are numerous endemic red colobus monkeys (red colobus monkeys). During a walk in Jozani Park, we were able to see not only red colubus monkeys, but also other species of monkeys, lizards, and even a very interesting species of frog with microscopic dimensions. It is all hidden among lush tropical vegetation.

Jozani Forest lies 35km south easy of Stone Town and sits in 1000 hectares of land. It is the only remaining natural forest on Unguja Island where you can find leopards and antelopes.
