Owned by Punch and James Maughan, Found Gallery was a project in the making for 18 months, before it opened on July 4th, 2019. Having always been interested in contemporary art and ceramics and having worked for 18 months as the Visual Arts Coordinator for The Andrew Lamont Gallery at Theatr Brycheiniog Punch has enjoyed developing a space to show off the work of artists and makers that she has discovered and met over the last few years. The journey continues to find more creatives to feature in future exhibitions. Found hopes to become one of the leading arts spaces in not only Brecon, but also in Wales. The gallery offers a refreshed, diverse and encouraging stance of what a contemporary art gallery can and should be. The changing exhibition programme showcases emerging as well as established creative talent.
