One of my favorite hikes in the National Park. Be sure to check out the Petroglyphs from hundreds of years ago. The cave drawings will be noticeable from the trail itself.

Beautiful nature loop hike and amazing rock formations and sometimes there is water after the rains. Kid friendly hike in the Joshua Tree National Park.

In season (October-May), plan to go early if you want to take this easy trail to Barker Dam. If you go early enough, you may catch desert bighorn sheep coming down to eat and drink. But wait too long, and you'll be stuck in crowds of visitors.
