The Arkaquah Trail hike is 11 miles roundtrip from Track Rock Gap to Brasstown Bald, Georgia’s highest summit. This is a difficult hike ascending over 1000 feet. The Track Rock Gap trail head is also an archeological site where six smooth soapstone boulders are etched and carved with primitive symbols. These petroglyphs were created over a thousand years ago.
