The founders of Pacific Distillery previously owned a small herb business, and have taken this experience into their hand-crafted spirits. The botanicals used in Pacific spirits range from citrus zests, cinnamon, anise and juniper, to hard-to-find and more exotic items. Some of these herbs are sourced from their very own garden.
