Our local favorite. This traditional village pub is just a short walk down the road. Serving a great selection of food and drink to be enjoyed by their roaring fires or outside in their beer gardens. Dog & Muddy Boots Friendly Distance 0.9 miles (driving: 1 min, walking: 6 mins)

Recently rennovated, the Black Swan has been given a new soul. As well as now being a great local choice for eating, it has ten real-ale pumps and five real cider pumps on the main bar and then through the back of the pub there is the 'Drinking Trough' - a 'spit and sawdust' converted stable with straw bales to sit on and beer served straight from the barrel.
