Trawden has become the first village in the UK to own its own Community Centre, Shop, Library and Post office and has now added the last village pub to its assets. There are often events held at the community centre and the shop is well stocked with high quality, local and sustainable ingredients as well has having a well stocked refill station

Our local village shop, featuring a filling station and lots of amazing local produce. It has a fully stocked refill station where you can buy just the amount you need of lots of ingredients, great for a short break! They also stock meat and bread from local butchers & bakers, as well as very wide selection of wine and beers!

Owned and run by the village, the shop really is well worth a visit. With eco-friendly refilling (herbs, spices, flour, sugar etc..) You'll find meats from the local butcher, dairy from the farm and a big choice of vegan and vegetarian foods. The wine merchant delivers some splendid choices not seen on the supermarket shelves. All fairly priced and served by lovely people!
