Helsinki Sky wheel is a rather new addition to the city's touritic attractions. I havent tried it myself but given its location, it should offer a stunning birds eye view of Helsinki.

Skywheel is a 40m tall ferris wheel right beside Kauppatori. Climb aboard for gorgeous views of the harbor!
