This is our favorite lunch spot! The Cobb Salad and Turkey pesto Panini is my fav! BEST FOOD IN TOWN! Such a fun atmosphere and very laid back. Outside seating with good music. Nice place to relax and enjoy some amazing food!

This is one of my absolute FAVORITE places to eat in Garden City, UT during the summer. Ruca's is fun, delicious, and unique. They serve breakfast, coffee, espresso, gourmet salads, and sandwiches and have a great outdoor eating environment. They are only open from Memorial Day-Labor Day. My favorite menu item is one of their famous Æbelskivers (a fluffy Danish pancake ball). I love the Red, White and Blue and the Razzle Dazzle
