Young tofu is one of the most favorite desserts of all time for the Vietnamese. With soft texture, nice toppings go well with the sweet soup and ice. It's extremely refreshing. Tau Hu Xe Lam has many varieties of sweet tofu with different toppings such as fruits, jellies, etc. Enjoy!
