Americanised Chinese food taken to the next level. It's not authentic. But it is damned good. And they do all the right things: fresh ingredients, hand-pulled noodles daily, amazing dumplings. Get the dry-fried anything, the Shandong chicken, the Mongolian beef, the green beans; the tan tan or gwai wer noodles are fantastic.
