Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. Our modern 95 m² apartment was only completed in the spring of 2019 and lovingly furnished. It has a separate entrance on the first floor and is wheelchair accessible. Behind the house is a large garden with seating and barbecue facilities. Free parking is available at the house.
