The crown of the Zillergrund

The crown is located in a quiet, secluded location, in the Zillergrund. The area is an ideal starting point for hikes as well as high alpine tours. There are excellent hiking trails or mountain bike trails to explore. The cottage has a living room with sitting area, couch, large kitchen with dining table, fridge, electric stove, oven, wood stove, coffee maker. 5 bedrooms, shower, toilet. Heating with wood-burning stove + electric. In front of the cabin there is a grill, fountain, and a very large sun terrace. Bread service, offer gladly on request.

Door 3 ÜberINNtaler AusZeit

Walk a few steps more slowly than in everyday life and immerse yourself in life on the mountain in intact nature. Take your time for yourself and your family will make your vacation at the most beautiful time of the year. We are not connected to a large ski resort. There are no entertainment parks, as on many peaks of our mountains and apreski. We do not have a Playstation but we have the forest as probably the largest, most versatile and creative playground there is for young to old behind the house.

Mountain cabin in Tyrol

Spend relaxing days in the middle of nature right next to beautiful forests and surrounded by breathtaking mountain peaks. Depending on whether it's summer or winter, you can enjoy the sun and the sound of the stream outside the hut or warm yourself by the 90-year-old wood-burning stove and enjoy a hot cup of tea while watching the snowflakes outside the window. Cabin for skiing or hiking

Astenhütte in the Tuxer Alps. It is located at about 1300 m overlooking the Inn Valley and is the starting point for wonderful hikes and magnificent ski tours. Within walking distance is a snow-covered ski resort with blue, red and black slopes, as well as a toboggan run (Kellerjochbahnen). The hut has been carefully restored and has a wonderful atmosphere. 4 guests can sleep in beds, 4 more on mattresses above the room. Bedding and towels are available for 4 people.

The central heart of the wooden house is our large storage stove, which keeps the house warm in winter. The cottage is located in the Innlände just before the border with Austria. This gives you quick access to all kinds of mountain sports and a great view!

Almingerhütte near Kitzbühel

This small cabin is rented in the middle of the alps of Kirchberg. The cabin is located at 1450m and has three more cabins as neighbors. (Rarely anyone on site). The perfect place to relax or hike. What else to note: - Access only possible via a 5 km long forest road, (Please use a suitable car!!) - Self-catering cottage - Own bedding must be taken with you.(Sheet, blankets and upholstery cover) - Garbage must be taken back downstairs.

Glasnalm - cozy log cabin in a quiet location

The vacation home "Glasnalm" is located next to the listed Glasnhof in Dürnbach, a district of Gmund am Tegernsee. It is very quietly located in the middle of fruit trees and bee colonies, but still very centrally located to shops serving daily needs. Lake Tegernsee is only 2 km away. The Glasnalm was rebuilt from solid wooden beams from 1747 as a small hut true to detail. You have a small, historic cottage with modern comforts.
