The motel is on 9W and within walking distance of many great food options. We are 2m away from West Point Military Academy and 1 mi away from Bear Mountain and Harriman State Parks. There are many beautiful hiking options .We offer an Appalachian Trail shuttle to and from the trail and our motel. We welcome sleepy guests!

Superior Main Lodge Room

Our Superior Main Lodge rooms on the 2nd or 3rd floor (accessible via stairs) offer a King bed and private bathroom with a jet tub/shower combo, a gas-burning fireplace and views of the Catskill Mountains (dependent on room). All Main Lodge rooms feature comfortable, high-quality bedding, blackout privacy curtains, mini-fridge, and flat-panel HD TV with a DVD player and DirecTV. Some rooms can accommodate a 3rd guest (for a fee) on a twin-size cot. Please call for availability prior to booking.

This stylish suite has a living room with couch and a 50” Roku TV with kitchenette! Although no stovetop, there’s an air-fryer, toaster, crock-pot, blender and microwave! A private bedroom space is the second room with two full-size beds and a desk. There’s a queen-size murphy-bed, plus the couch! The Horizon Inn is being renovated, so the outside, is getting some final touches, and the lobby is closed. Construction will not effect your stay!
