Rustic farmhouse

19th century's stone farmhouse, built on a 31 acre property. Very peaceful location, perfect for recharging one's batteries in the countryside surrounded by animals (dogs, cats, chickens and roosters, horses). Ideally located in the Bourges - Montluçon - Nevers triangle, it is also a stone's throw from the Berry canal, close to numerous walking paths, and just 20 minutes away from the Tronçais forest. Many touristic sites and activities to discover within a 50km radius.

Nice Character Accommodation

In the heart of the old district, 5 minutes walk from downtown and 3 minutes from the Canal de Berry. Accommodation adjoining the owners' home, Georges and Pierre welcome you. The living room is on the ground floor with its fully equipped kitchen area and living room, access to a bucolic backyard shared in a spirit of coffee shop. The bathroom with a washing machine and the toilet are separated. The sleeping area is upstairs, the landing serves two attic bedrooms.

In the countryside, just 8 km from the Saint Amand Montrond exit (A71), the Orgerie is a quiet charming cottage, comfortable with heated pool and magnificent views of the bocage. Lots of things to do nearby. The 2.5 ha estate allows for great independence of the accommodations. Possibility to rent a small house as an addition. The pool, open from mid-April to mid-October, is shared with the owners when they are there (we respect the privacy of our guests)

Belonging to the 17th century Château de Colombe next to it, this gîte is in a calm environment close to Bourges with its medieval center and world heritage Cathedral. Only 3 hours from Paris with many famous chateaux in easy driving distance, Stuart and Patrick have created an oasis of calm.
