The newly built, cozy house in 2021 is located in the middle of a magnificent olive grove. Central location but still ideal for peace seekers and nature lovers. Large terrace with private swimming pool and beautiful view of the mountains. Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The kilometer-long, fine sandy beach (Golden Beach) is within walking distance. Hospitable tavernas, bakery and supermarket in the immediate vicinity. We are happy to give insider tips on excursions, restaurants, etc.

VILLA KONSTANTINIDI

Our home is recently renovated and situated near public transport. The vintage kitchen, the comfortable couch- beds, the tall ceilings, the cozy atmosphere ,the sunny rooms and its location, which is around 300 metres far from the beach, make it unique. It is ideal for couples, for a single person who wishes to have tranquility or nearby activities ,for business travelers, families with children and even pets . Fishing is also an optional activity that we would surely recommend .

A serene sleeping area is showcased with a spacious bed dressed in white linens accented by a teal throw. A modern wardrobe stands nearby, complemented by a decorative wall hanging. Soft lighting is provided by a side lamp and natural light flows in through a window.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You will find close to our house supermarket, bakery, farmacy, restaurants and bars all reachable by walking.The beach is less than 80m far, very nice and clean, organized with sunbeds. The house it’s renovated in 2024 and everything it’s brand new.We have yard with natural shadow.The village is 4 km far from Prínos Port

TZANETI'S HOUSE

Η οικία Τzaneti είναι ένας μοντέρνος χώρος που βρίσκεται στο Λιμένα Θάσου, είναι μόνο 300 μέτρα από την κοντινότερη παραλία, Αι Βασίλης και 1,5 χιλ από το κέντρο της πόλης. Blue dream

Summer: Skin gets darker, Water gets warmer, Drinks get colder, Music gets louder, Nights get longer, Life gets better...... The maisonette has two double beds . There are three balconies offering incredible views. The property is fully equipped with all you need to make your stay comfortable and stress free.
