Villa Nr 1 is composed of two small houses. The first house is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house and the second house is a 1 bedroom 2 bathroom house and they both share the pool. They are 20 meters apart. Both are independent and fully equipped including kitchen with dishwasher, living room and external resting area. Η πρόσβαση σε κουζίνα και μπάνιο γίνεται από την βεράντα όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες.Έχει κοινή αυλή με το εκκλησάκι που βρίσκεται δίπλα όπου μπορούν να παίζουν τα παιδιά της γειτονίας με ασφάλεια. Έχει πρόσβαση σε αυτήν αυτοκίνητο εώς την πόρτα του σπιτιού για Parking μικρής διαρκείας, απαγορεύται όμως το 24ωρο.
