Simple Wooden House with Stream in the Countryside.

We are located 5 km from Lagoa De Garibaldi and Boulevard de Encantado RS, 07 km from Cristo Protetor de Encantado RS. We have a Rustic Pub open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. The property has a taste of a farm hotel, it has a stream, natural pool wells, a trail to the small waterfalls, hammocks in the trees and outdoor barbecues. For those who like to camp by the stream, we have a small campsite that is good for sunny days. We do not serve breakfast and meals. There is a grocery store and bakery nearby.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space, surrounded by nature. Perfect for resting, relaxing, enjoying the forests and the Arroio da Seca. It is also possible to barbecue outdoors, in the vicinity of the property. The house also offers indoor comfort, with air-conditioning in all spaces, an en-suite with a bathtub overlooking a century-old rammed-earth wall, a full kitchen, a reading space and a small library! The house is located 200 meters from another house on the property.

We do not offer services. Here, preparing your own food is part of the ritual: a reunion with simplicity - and with who you are when the outside world is silent. Serving yourself is not a task: it is a choice, it is presence. We are a site with 17 hectares, three huts, and a living land. There are sheep in the pasture, chickens that roam free, and a seasonal vegetable garden that will be left at your door. We are just over an hour from Porto Alegre, with paved road to the entrance portico.

CasAmarela is a family space, on the route of Cristo Protetor, Trem dos Vales and V13. A farm with a wonderful view of the Valley and the Taquari River, to live with sheep, dogs and geese! Come and enjoy your family vacation here! You will have a space with three bedrooms, an en-suite, kitchen, living room with wood stove, fireplace and the entire infrastructure of a kiosk with barbecue area and swimming pool. The ample parking is completely fenced. Family events can be held upon request.

Families who seek our space want peace, silence, to listen to nature, good food made on the wood stove, comfortable clothes to explore the place, a good wine, the comfort of air conditioning and the pool on hot days. No chaos... no stress... that's what motivates us to take care of this place with love. Children have ample space to play, but they are not far from technology, and with that in mind, we have 2 Smart TVs in the house.

The house is in the center of the city, where you have everything close by, such as a supermarket, pharmacy, roadside gas station, and a park where you can play sports or even have picnics. The house is on the Rota do Cristo Protetor, with several other beautiful places such as Morro Gaúcho, Viaduto V13, and a mill with a cafeteria, a bookstore and a picnic area. Here in Pérola do Vale, there are many good things to appreciate and enjoy!!!!
