The annexe is set in the grounds of our family home, overlooking gardens and fields of the Kent countryside. It has parking and its own separate entrance, accessed via a key box. The space is light and airy with a king size bed, table, sofa, living area, kitchenette and en-suite. Ideal for a couples retreat or to use as a base to explore the area.

We have a free parking space in town if required. Unfortunately steep narrow stairs means may not be ideal for the very young/old. 11 minute walk from train station to London, perfectly located for a weekend getaway. Supermarket, boutique shops, beauty salons & coffee shops await you!

Mulberry Corner is a spacious garden apartment forming part of the host's house. It has its own private entrance and free onsite parking. The enclosed garden leads to a further fenced paddock. The one bedroom apartment has an open plan living area which can sleep 2 more guests. We welcome dogs but ask that you bring your own covers for furniture and bedding. The fully equipped kitchen has a coffee machine and air fryer. The North Pole pub opposite is dog friendly serving home made food.

The Market town is a 20 minute walk along a picturesque tow path or a few minutes drive. There are several Bar/Restaurants a short walk away . Ideal area for all age groups. The Oast is set in a conservation area of Boughton Monchelsea which consists of converted farm buildings, listed houses and a 16th Century pub (directly opposite). The area boasts many places to visit (including Leeds Castle), countryside walks, as well as numerous pubs.
