A 2 rooms of 43 m2 on the first floor, refurbished. Bright, unobstructed view, most shops are on the same street and nature is less than 5 minutes walk away. The rare noises of the day are attenuated by the insulation, and at night you are totally quiet. Alone in the building, you don't bother anyone, and no one bothers you. A well thought out equipment to make sure that you do not miss anything or almost. Attention: Enter by the 20 rue de la République, it is the same building.

It is completely free and high with views over hills and forests, close to the natural park " Morvan ". In the house all the old oak beams are still visible and the old details have been preserved as much as possible, but this house is equipped with a walled garden with palms and olive trees with terrace and jacuzzi.
