Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4-room apartment with sauna in a peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, underfloor heating and an unbeatable coziness factor that really gives you that cottage feeling you want when you go to the mountains. In principle, ski in/ski out with only a 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll/Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction, you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (in operation during the ski season). Tottens byväg is Åre's oldest district and is an idyllic place only 10 minutes' walk from Åre center, where there is a large selection of restaurants, food and clothing stores, Systembolaget, cafés, etc. Only 5 minutes' walk to Tottliften where you enter the entire Åre ski system. Porch with wonderful views, morning and evening sun The apartment has its own entrance & parking & is located in a permanent residence.

Access to barbecue area, ski storage, wall shed. Car space with engine warmer. Ski in-out location, 100 meters to the children's slope with a lift up to the chair lift and to Tegetornet with grocery store and restaurant. Free ski bus to Åre and Duved. 5 beds, bunk bed in one bedroom, bunk bed in 2nd bedroom with double bed (new mattress 2025) and above single.

Small and simple accommodation of about 25 m2, room for 1-3 people (sofa bed and sleeping loft with two beds). Staircase/ladder up to the sleeping loft, see photos. Perfect location for skiers and outdoor people, located about 200 meters from Mullfjället and Duved's ski system, is easily reached on foot. Kitchenette with stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, etc. TV with chromecast (OBS! not “regular” channels). Dining area with wall-folding table and four chairs. Small fresh bathroom with shower and toilet.

Corner apartment at the top of a two-story house with windows on three sides - nice light and lovely views of Renfjället, Åreskutan and Mullfjället. - 200 meters to the ski system in Tegefjäll, which also takes you to the system in Duved. - Family-friendly location with walking distance to grocery store, restaurant, ski rental, ski bus to Åre, winter swimming (Tegeforsen). - Fantastic starting point for nice top tours, hiking trails/trail running, fishing, mountain biking.

Modern and nice apartment in a south-facing location high up in Tegefjäll. Fantastic view over Åredalen. Only 50 meters to the nearest piste. Two bedrooms with bunk beds (2x 90 cm) and one bedroom with double bed (160 cm). Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom with washing machine & dryer. Fireplace, WiFi, ski storage, parking space with engine heater outlet. In Tegefjäll there is a restaurant, convenience store, ski rental, lift ticket sales and free ski bus to Åre, which you can reach in 10 minutes
