Colonial style apartment, familiar and safe place, all areas with very good natural lighting and ventilation. 5 minutes from the socket by car or walking 15 minutes, the transport terminal 5 minutes walk. Near Oxxo store, clinic, pharmacy, mechanic workshop and hotels. Something exceptional, it has parking for 1 vehicle, because the relief of the city (mountain) is ideal for those who arrive by car.

Typical pocket house, ideal for spending the weekend with friends and/or holidays. We have a beautiful but UNHEATED pool, gardens, basic cleaning service included for rooms (kitchen is extra), fully equipped kitchen and we are only 5 minutes away from downtown.
