This small typical apulian house, newly renovated, is located in the heart of the old town of Matino, close to the Palazzo Marchesale, just a short walk from Piazza S. Giorgio and the church. Matino is a really authentic and characteristic village and is just a few kms from Gallipoli and some of the most beautiful beaches in Salento (Punta della Suina, Punta Pizzo, Baia Verde….). There are several shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bar and free parking spots within close walking distance.

An inviting living area is presented with high vaulted ceilings and natural stone flooring. A mix of decorative plants and earthy pottery adds character. A wooden ladder leans against the wall, and a flat-screen TV is positioned next to an open shelving unit.
