Organized, clean and cozy house. Looking from the front, you have a wide view of dunes and sea, as the house is very close to the beach. We have a super 90m walkway to cross the dunes. Two independent en-suites. Great amateur fishing spot. The beach is 12 km from the city and access is via a dirt road, as it is a preservation area. On this route, you will observe the untouched nature of the southern coast, such as woods, dunes, wild birds and, if you are lucky, capybaras and alligators.

A cozy wooden cabin is presented under a blue roof, with a visible chimney. A stone pathway leads to the entrance, bordered by greenery. The outdoor space offers a backdrop of clear sky and trees, inviting a sense of nature and relaxation.
