The bungalow for your own use is located directly on the Lehenhüttl pond in an absolutely quiet/isolated location and, together with the owners' house, is part of the building in the green area that is worth preserving. The beautiful village of Jaidhof with castle and recreational pond is about 500 m away. Krems an der Donau is about 18 km away. The town of Gföhl with shops and restaurants is 1 km away. At the Krumau reservoir (10 km), you have the opportunity for a boat trip.

Local suppliers, rustic wine taverns as well as hiking and cycling trails are close by.

Comfort and relaxation in the LOG CABIN in the forest clearing. Dogs are also welcome. Breakfast is not included in the price; if needed, please contact us. For NÖ-Card holders, but also for those without a card, we are very centrally located for various excursion destinations such as Sonnentor, Noah's Ark, Kittenberg Adventure Gardens, and much more. The house is alive, so noises (e.g., woodworm) and visits from animals (e.g., ladybugs) are possible.

Our newly renovated 90 m² house is quietly located close to the Danube and directly on the bike path. Krems can be reached in just 5 minutes by car. The house has a very large living/dining area. A very large bedroom with a double bed and a couch that can be pulled out. There is also a desk in the bedroom. Through the bedroom you can reach the spacious bathroom - including a large rain shower, bathtub, and double sink. The toilet is separate.

The Imbach tree house can comfortably accommodate two people. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. From the property, you can easily set off on a variety of excursions: to the Wachau, to Krems or to the Waldviertel. But the capital city of Vienna is also just an hour away.

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau! The property is located in the basement of my private house. You have your own entrance and privacy is of great importance. Free parking is available just a 2-minute walk from the property.
