Cozy apartment in a quiet location with balcony

The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

Public transport to the center of the city 6 min walk. Very easily accessible from the highway. 100m garden path to the house. Well secured. Very accessible - Weimar world culture city with beech forest, Erfurt, Jena with Goethe and Schiller, as well as an environment with lots of greenery and mild climate. Saaleradwanderweg about 500 m away.
