A large terrace overlooking the alpacas and the Chemnitztal completes the unique location. If you want to escape and slow down the stress of the city, this is the place to be. Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed 180x200cm and a flat-screen TV. You can expect alpaca bunk beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. There is underfloor heating in each room. The living room with open kitchen offers a great view of the pasture due to the large window areas. The large comfortable couch is extendable and can therefore also be used as a sofa bed. A large flat screen TV ( satellite reception ) is also in the room. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher (Siemens), coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Dishes, cutlery, cutlery, pots, pots, pans, glasses, etc. are sufficiently available. The daylight bath with a corner bath, shower with large rain shower, sink, toilet and a mirror cabinet with hair dryer completes the overall picture. The 50 m² wooden terrace with unobstructed views of the alpacas and the Chemnitztal invites you to linger. The terrace is facing southwest for the perfect sunset. You can relax here on the sun loungers and rustic wooden seating furniture. Please note that the apartments are not suitable for wheelchair users (staircase). We would like to welcome you to our cozy apartment in the countryside in the village of Pleißa. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly reach sightseeing cities such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Westerzgebirge. Chemnitz city can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. There is a nice playground for the smaller children just around the corner. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/ shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 persons. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large closet.

The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
