Das Haus befindet sich in Mitte von Weinbergen, Feldern, im Naherholungsgebiet Frankenwarte nur 5 Min. Fußweg zum bekannten Ausflugsziel "Käppele". Der weitläufige Garten verfügt über einen großen Poolbereich, Terrassen mit Sitz-und Liegebereich, Outdoor Küche mit Gasgrill. Es gibt ein Spielgarten und Kinderspielzimmer.

Besucht uns in unserem neu renovierten Ferienhaus auf dem über 1000 m² großen Grundstück mit direkt angrenzendem Bachlauf, überdachtem Balkon und großem Gartenbereich! Das 50 qm große Holzhaus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand und wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail aus seinem Dornröschenschlaf erweckt. Unser kleiner Rückzugsort wurde innen und außen grundlegend renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Nehmt euch eine Auszeit und ladet euren Akku bei gemütlichen Abenden am Kaminofen wieder auf :-)

Sie wohnen im Erdgeschoss des neu umgebauten Wirtschaftsgebäudes eines alten Bauernhofes. Grosser Garten mit Paddock und 3 Pferden an einem kleinen Bach. Keine Angst darf man vor freilaufenden Hühner und unserem Herder Hund Jule haben. Es gibt eine zubuchbare Sauna und ein kleines Schwimmbecken. Sitzecke mit Feuerstelle im Garten kostenlos. Kosten für Sauna zusätzlich 15 € pro Saunagang für 2 Personen nur in Absprache vor Ort. ebenso zubuchbar ist spazieren mit den Pferden.
