The property is located in a quiet settlement on the outskirts of Tattendorf. Vienna can be reached by train in 50 minutes, and Wiener Neustadt and Baden are also accessible by public transport. In the village, there is a supermarket, wine taverns and restaurants. Please note that €2.50 per person per night is due for local tax.

Our house in a good residential location is only 10 to 15 minutes walk away from Mödling's train station and historic city center. The nearby metropolis of Vienna is easily accessible by train. The night bus from Vienna stops around the corner. The adjacent Wienerwald is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, runners and mountain bikers. The local winegrowers offer regional delicacies.

Teesdorf train station, Lille Hus Coffee, a Spar and pharmacy are all within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity there is a tennis and soccer field, as well as a huge dog run zone. The house consists of a large living-dining room with terrace, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet.
