The house is a commercial elevator building, the elevator has magnetic card control, regular annual fire safety inspection, high floor private bathroom suite, with constant temperature sensor and fire sprinkler system, windows have anti-fall iron window protection, 2 metal doors, the accommodation is quite safe.
