Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Wake up with a view of the Allgäu mountains and Zugspitze, over which the morning sun turns the sky red. Breakfast overlooking Lake Weissensee. In the afternoon, relax on the cozy sofa from the hike to the walkable Falkenstein, Germany's highest castle ruin, from the ski trip to the nearby Tannheimer Valley, from the visit to King Ludwig II at Neuschwanstein Castle or from the day of swimming at Lake Weissensee, which awaits with clear alpine water just a five-minute walk away. We have specifically thought about the needs of families when it comes to furnishings. In each apartment there are child-safe effect fireplaces. Children cannot burn themselves here, as the effect fire emits only a little heat. All apartments are equipped with a comfort shower. Modern apartment right on the Lech. The apartment consists of a modern kitchen , a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet, and an entrance area with a cloakroom. The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 2nd floor. Above the Lech you can enjoy a romantic view of the former monastery of St. Mang and the High Castle at your feet. Shopping, strolling, dining out... possible without transportation.

Our vacation home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architectural house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.
