The villa is located in Tanaunella about 1 km from the beaches of Sant'Anna, Porto Ainu and Budoni. For children we provide a stroller, camping cot and high chair. The house has a fenced garden, private parking space, barbecue and outdoor shower. Air-conditioned and with WiFi. Nearby you will find markets, restaurants-pizzerias, bars, tobacconists and a pharmacy. Prior to check-in, a copy of all guests' identity documents must be provided according to the Italian Legislative Decree of January 7, 2013, Ministry of the Interior.

Terraced house 5 minutes from the sea -

The house is the ideal solution for families as it is a quiet area but also for younger people given the short distance from the nightlife possible in the surroundings. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, bathroom, shower and toilet. The living room with kitchenette is the heart of the apartment which enjoys a lot of light as it overlooks the terrace where you can enjoy quiet lunches and dinners benefiting from a view of the sea.

A modern, two-story villa is surrounded by colorful flowers. The pool is framed by a stone wall, with outdoor seating visible on the terrace. Large doors lead into the house, and clear skies provide a bright, cheerful atmosphere.
