Espectacular villa de 300m2, ubicada en la mejor zona de Roses. Con impresionantes vistas al mar, y orientación sur con sol todo el día. Equipada para acoger cómodamente a 12 personas, con una cocina tradicional, amplio salón y una espectacular terraza con vistas. Ideal para familias con niños, y se admiten mascotas. Cook from our well stocked kitchen and dine el fresco or drop down to the beach side restaurants. Lazy lounges, air conditioning, new beds, quality sheets, luxury towels, lots of pillows, black out shutters. The pool can be locked, has night lights and can be heated on request. Perfect for 1 or 2 families.

The beautiful villa is situated in a quiet neighborhood, less than 10 minutes walk from the village of Tamariu (pearl of the Costa Brava) and the beautiful beach. In the village are exclusive restaurants and golf courses are nearby. The very spacious villa has 2 floors, with a large living room and fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Furthermore, there are 3 very large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a separate room for laundry. Outside you find a terrace, a garden and a private swimming pool.

Begur: Private villa & pool. Ideal for families.

This light and airy villa enjoys its own pool, plenty of outside space, private parking and is just a 10-minute walk to the heart of Begur, one of the most beautiful old towns in the Costa Brava. Begur has a fabulous range of bars and restaurants, boutiques and a weekly market, not to mention the regular summer artisan and craft markets all of which bring a lively ambiance to this historic town. There's also a well-stocked local supermarket nearby within easy walking or driving distance.

The 5 bedrooms are upstairs, 2 open to a deck with views. Beyond this is a ‘secret’ garden with a pétanque /bocce court and enclosed trampoline.

Superbe crique à pied, piscine immense et LA VUE !

Cette villa, perle cachée de la Costa Brava, a été totalement rénovée en 2019. Elle est au top de la modernité. La vue est exceptionnelle, mer et falaises. Vous n'êtes qu'à 10mn à pied de la Cala Puig D'Aiguafreda pour aller vous baigner dans la mer. Si vous n'avez pas le courage, la piscine est énorme ! Vous pourrez facilement rester au calme et au frais de la maison.
