**IMPORTANT** There is ongoing construction in several areas around my house. The building next next to my house is under construction from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Additionally, there is a construction site across the river, working from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. With all these constructions going on, the area is quite noisy during the day.
