Welcome to a warm, atmospheric apartment as part of an old log building. The house is located in the Far East, under the paper mill pipes. The apartment is small, but compact and has everything you need. The car is free in the yard and the bus runs right next door. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful. Warmly welcome. Warm cozy studio with two single beds, lovely kitchen and bathroom with shower. In a location that is a short drive from the beautiful town and harbour of Lappeenranta.

Excellent location in the idyllic park -like area just off the center traffic noise. Beach track and services nearby. The newly completed air-conditioned apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and all the comforts. Experience the wonderful peace of the stone house and the atmospheric environment. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The apartment is 40.5 m². Just cross the street, and you're at the marketplace, where you can enjoy the leisurely life of the early day and the offerings of the marketplace. You can get local specialties from the market kiosks. There is a grocery store and a post office on the street level of the house. The city's beautiful harbor area is a short walk away, as well as the summer theater and the Fortress.
