2025 habe ich eine weitere Ferienwohnung komplett renoviert und meiner 4 Sonnen AVA Appartementanlage hinzugefügt. AVA 3 ist 60m2 groß und befindet sich im 1. Stock des Haupthauses. Räumlichkeiten: Eingangsbereich, Bad mit großzügiger Dusche ( 1,20m x1m), Waschbecken, eigene Waschmaschine, getrenntes WC, große Wohnküche, 2 Schlafräume mit jeweils einem Doppelbett. Die Räumlichkeiten sind modern und hell eingerichtet. Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft.

Our home has air conditioning & a wood burning fireplace. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, & a large kitchen/living area, & room for 8 guests. There is an outdoor eating & lounge area, and an extensive garden play area. Wooden play gym in the kids’ room so kids can play no matter the weather. Parking in front of the house, & a direct train connection to Vienna.
