This is accessible by foot, car and also by using one of the many well signposted cycle routes located directly outside the apartment. In the winter months there is plenty of cross country skiing routes in the local area and great ski resorts within 50km.

Welcome to Tittmoning,an idyllic small town on the Salzach. Leitgeringer See is a 5-minute drive away. The 66 sqm new apartment is within walking distance of the historic old town and is very quiet (cul-de-sac). It is a new building (hillside house), the garden is not yet completely finished. If that doesn't bother you, then we are very much looking forward to seeing you. Meals are provided by supermarkets, a butcher, several bakers, as well as restaurants.
