Villa with large garden in Sarnano

VILLA AGNESE Villa Agnese is within walking distance from the historical centre of Sarnano, one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Italy. Its privileged location, 530 metres above sea level, in the Sibillini National Park, offers stunning views of the surrounding village and hills. The centre can be reached in five minutes and a large variety of delicious specialties can be found at the local stores. For those who prefer relaxing in the shade of a luscious garden, there are games such as a ping-pong table, foos-ball, and a barbecue where you can enjoy all kinds of meat or vegetables available at the local market or in the many butcher’s in the village. In the villa, which has been recently restored in the style of an old country house dating back to the beginning of the nineteenth century, comprises two identical large apartments (170 sq. meters wide), located at ground and first floor. In each flat all modern facilities are available, and the spacious dining room (85 sq. metres wide) from where you have direct access to the garden (ground floor) or a wonderful view of the village, is ideal for big groups or large families (up to 10 people) wanting to experience the beauties of this oasis of quietness. Sarnano and its close back country are offer a large variety of cultural, artistic, culinary, and sport events. Our favorite ones are: Caldarola (12 km, medieval castle “Pallotta”) San Ginesio (14 km, medieval village, tango festival in august) Lake of di Fiastra (23 km, beaches and trekking) Urbisaglia (25 km, medieval castle and archeological site - Abbadia Chiaravalle di Fiastra (28 km) Pollenza (35 km, medieval castle “La Rancia”) Macerata (41 km, Opera/Sferisterio) Ascoli Piceno (50 km, city of art) Recanati (59 km, Giacomo Leopardi’s home/museum) Frasassi (76 km, Frasassi caves) Loreto (79 km, Sanctuary of Loreto) Sirolo (km 88, Park of del Conero, beaches and trekking) Assisi (110 km, Basilica of San Francesco) Perugia (116 km, city of art) Our favorite restaurants are: local food: Ristorante “La Marchigiana” in Sarnano fish food: Ristorante “Campanelli” in Porto S.Giorgio (70 km)

The house, immersed in the historic center of the City of Amandola, totally renovated and furnished, has: 2 cozy rooms, a bathroom with sauna and jacuzzi bali Hamman with Turkish bath, a sofa bed in front of the fireplace (not usable), a large living room with kitchen and relaxation area, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Sibillini Mountains. "Il Gioiello" is equipped with a large kitchen furnished and equipped with a ventilated oven, microwave, dishwasher and American fridge.

The 400 year old Hay-barn, with sauna

An open-plan ecological cottage located on a quiet country lane which was the first Roman road in the area. With its own entrance, two patios and extensive private grounds, this is an oasis of serenity. The contemporary design of the glass wall facing the mountains offers some of the best views in the area. A cosy renovated traditional stone cottage surround by countryside with breathtaking views & wood~fired hot tub. It is secluded and peaceful yet only a 5 min drive to the local village and amenities. In 35 minutes by car you can find yourself in the Sibillini national park or in the other direction the Adriatic coast. Numerous local restaurants within 20 mins drive serving fantastic food. If you enjoy walking or hiking, cycling, shopping or just relaxing this is a great place.
