This apartment is centrally located and only 150m away from the sea and the marina. Bus stops are very close and one can be in Valletta or Sliema in less than 10 mins. It is a 2nd floor apartment that is accessible with lift. To compliment this apartment is a lovely roof terrace with a communal swimming pool. This apartment was my first home and spent four brilliant years there. It's modern, light and airy and I love it to bits. It's location in Floriana makes it the perfect candidate for visitors. Floriana is green, vibrant and **alive** with its own energy and bustle. The people, the bars, the connectivity here are very special.
