Studio "Kamienica" with balcony. Location! Price!

For lovers of atmospheric places. Clean, spacious and bright studio in a historic Art Nouveau building of the former consulate, with high ceilings and views of the city square and the town hall tower, on the third (last!) floor, but there is an elevator! Great location, in the heart of the city, 8 minutes walk to the old town, 4 minutes to the AURA shopping center and the main bus and tram stop from where you can get absolutely everywhere (for example, to our beloved City Beach - in 15 minutes)

WOW! What a View! (What a view!) - nothing better reflects the character of the place than the delight of our friends on the terrace for a while before sunset... The apartment is so close to Lake Drwęcki that you can almost touch the tiles. With your morning coffee on the deck, it's hard to be objective, so we're in no way to say you'll find anything better in this part of the world:-) See for yourself... The flat is equipped with all necessary amenities. Please mind that „Local tourists tax” is - 2,8 pln per day/ person in 2024 - for stays longer than 1 night. It is paid on arrival day in cash directly to me.
