Το ορεινό σπίτι με καταπληκτική θέα είναι μία πλήρως επιπλωμένη πέτρινη μονοκατοικία που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα έως 5 άτομα και βρίσκεται στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Συρράκο (απέχει 50χλμ από την πόλη των Ιωαννίνων). Στο ισόγειο αποτελείται από έναν ενιαίο χώρο κουζίνας-σαλονιού, 2 ξεχωριστά υπνοδωμάτια με ένα διπλό και ένα μονό κρεβάτι και ένα μπάνιο και στην σοφίτα από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με 2 μονά κρεβάτια και ένα μικρό wc.
