Our newly renovated, bright, modern holiday apartment in Alt-Westerland is waiting for you to have a wonderful time on Sylt. In the small street you have peace and quiet from the hustle and are still quickly in the center, close to the beach, the train station and airport. All directions are easily accessible on foot, by bike and by car without crowds. You can store bikes in the garden and the apartment has a small terrace. Also a private parking space. The fantastic apartment, over 90 m², can accommodate five people. It has a double bedroom with TV and adjoining shower room, as well as two cozy single bedrooms, one of which can be used as a double bedroom with pull-out bed. A private shower room is also available for this purpose. An open, fully equipped kitchen-living room with two patio doors makes the apartment a summer dream. The terrace can only be used by you in the morning, noon and evening sun.

80 m² apartment with outdoor pool and infrared cabin

The apartment was completely renovated in 2023 in the basement and in the spring of 2024 on the first floor. Therefore, some of the interior does not yet have pictures. The apartment is at one of the narrowest points of the island in Rantum. In about 5 minutes' walk you are on the sea side or on the mudflat side. The unit has its own garden area with beach chair. Pool is available from May to approx. mid-September.
