Our modern, very bright, approx. 70 m² ground floor apartment with a detached house character offers you an approx. 40 m² living/dining area with an open kitchen, dining area and fireplace, an office, a shower room with a walk-in shower, a separate bedroom, a large, covered terrace with a sauna and a sunken garden. The beach, city center and train station are within walking distance in approx. 10-15 minutes. The nearest supermarket is about 250 meters away. Dogs are very welcome here!

Enjoy your holiday in this quiet yet centrally located 2nd floor apartment with sunny 7m south-facing balcony. Apartment house Deckerstraße 19-21 is located in Alt-Westerland, the quiet part of the island metropolis. From here you can reach the baker Raffelhüschen in 300 m and 40 m further is EDEKA and the bus stop. Cross the road, then you come directly to the market square (Mi+Sat), tourist center and town hall as well as to the main shopping streets and to the beach.

The fantastic apartment, over 90 m², can accommodate five people. It has a double bedroom with TV and adjoining shower room, as well as two cozy single bedrooms, one of which can be used as a double bedroom with pull-out bed. A private shower room is also available for this purpose. An open, fully equipped kitchen-living room with two patio doors makes the apartment a summer dream. The terrace can only be used by you in the morning, noon and evening sun.

A cozy nest for two awaits you with the residence "Südfall" in the island east of Sylt. The open living area offers you a cozy sofa, as well as an open kitchen with dining area for up to four people, so that you can easily receive visitors even on vacation. In the attic of the apartment you will find a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen TV. You have the opportunity to use the beautiful garden with a beach chair typical of Sylt.
