Close to sandy beach & Aarhus City

Our home (170 m2) in Risskov is a one story house on a quiet gravel road. The house has a nice big living room, which is connected to an open kitchen. There are windows all along the South side of the house, which creates a sunny garden view from both living room and kitchen. There are two bathrooms, two bedrooms with double beds (one big, one small). In addition we have two extra private rooms, which will be locked and not part of the rent. There is a nice big garden with swings and a playhouse

De hyggelige rammer skabes med rene forhold og lavt til loftet. Adgang til have og gratis parkering på villavejen. 400 m til badestrand, 2 km til Riis skov, butikker udenfor døren og 5 km til Århus. 1500 M til letbanen og 200 m til bybussen. Fri parkering på villavejen. Værten bor i huset ovenpå lejligheden.

Fra køkkenet i underetagen er der direkte adgang til stor/dejlig terasse samt have hvor I kan gå på opdagelse i de mange kroge. To soveværelser m. dobbeltseng + dobbelt madras på anneks med stemningsfuld udsigt til stjernehimlen. 6 spisebordsstole + to højstole. (evt. mulighed for flere voksne)

Beautiful villa near beach.

Beautiful and stylish villa just a 5 minute walk from the children friendly Risskov beach - and just 10 km from the city of Aarhus. The villa has a big private garden and different terraces, with lounge sofas and sun all day long. There is a big trampoline for the kids to play - and even a bonfire to make marshmellows. The House has 3 bedrooms, 2 livingrooms with views over the quiet area, 1 big bathroom, 2 toilets and a kitchen. All very stylish furnished and with lots of sunlight.

A dining table is positioned on a spacious terrace, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and water. Natural light enhances the tranquil setting, while the nearby railing adds a touch of security to the outdoor space.
