Lys & Nordic functional villa by the forest (300m) and lovely beach with jetty (400m). It's spacious with plenty of room for the big family. Rent 2 supboards for a day by the sea and enjoy our outdoor terraces for both breakfast and dinner. We have a trampoline, soccer goal, sandbox and playroom for the children. Our modern and delicious kitchen invites you to cook, and if you want to go out, Aarhus Centrum is just 5 km away (cargo bike can be borrowed). In the basement, there is an office, laundry room, TV, PlayStation, and more.

Your family will be close to everything: city, university, forest and beach. Trøjborg is an old and cozy district, which is popular to live in. The best place in the apartment is the balcony with a view of the forest, sea and Aarhus Ø. It is usually sheltered and perfect for sunbathing. The living- and dining room are one large room, so there is plenty of space for several people to be together. On the 1st floor we have 1 junior bed, 1 bed, 2 mattresses / a playroom and a workplace with a view.
