U prizemlju se nalaze 2 spavaće sobe. Svaka spavaća soba raspolaže s televizorom, klimom i privatnom kupaonicom. Tu je jos i wc sa perilicom i sušilicom.Na prvom katu se nalaze druge dvije spavaće sobe i terasa. U dvorištu osim ležaljki i bazena nalazi se i ljetna kuhinja. Bazen može biti i grijan uz nadoplatu.

The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and utensils (Villeroy & Boch). Refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, mixer.

Villa is within 25-30 minutes drive of the most popular tourist attractions(Poreč, Pula, Rovinj). Nearest airiport is in Pula, about 40 km away by highway. Villa is fully equipped for 7 people and is extremely comfortable and luxurious.
