Great location considering the proximity to St. Olavs hospital. Zone parking in the street for up to one week for NOK 395 can be arranged by notice at least one working day in advance. Easy and flexible check-in with code lock. There is not lift in the building.

Peaceful home on the 4th/top floor with nature, shop and bus stop nearby. Equipped kitchen and good bed. Stunning views of Trondheim from large balcony, you see sights like Fortress and Nidaros Cathedral from here. Northern lights have been observed a couple of times here. Regularly lovely sunrises, and at clear night, you see fast starry sky from the bed. Common storage for the housing association for skiing and cycling. Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)
